The Details:

Location/commute: Danville, CA. Candidate MUST reside within a 40-minute commute with traffic to Danville and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 9-5 M-F, some flexibility on evenings and weekends required.  

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus

Benefits: PTO

Responsibilities

  • Implement, and manage systems and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient office flow.
  • Handle all database management and help scale operations as the business grows.
  • Provide an executive level of administrative support which may include but is not limited to, phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management.
  • Keep the Agent committed to key tasks and hold the Agent and team accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities, and open house schedules.
  • Coordinate and implement agent marketing materials, social media, and client database email campaigns.
  • Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
  • Serve as the key contact person for clients, and you will make clients the priority at every step in the process.

Qualifications

  • Be confident as the go-to person for the team
  • Have an ability to adapt to any situation/client need
  • Have a deep capacity for understanding and communicating (i.e. the client whisperer)
  • Have the understanding of a coach and the confidence of a quarterback
  • Believe in our mission of superior client experience
  • Be highly organized and have superior attention to detail
  • Have a high level of integrity and ability to follow through 
  • Can take the lead and pivot when necessary
  • Have a positive can-do attitude 

In the past, you might have…

  • 2+ years of administrative support to a Realtor or Real Estate Office
  • A CA real estate license is (preferred but not required)
  • Worked as an Asset Management or a Brokers Assistant for an REO firm
  • Have supported team that sells real estate at auction 

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master… 

  • MS Office Suite
  • CRM programs 
  • Social media platforms

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 + bonus
