PART-TIME / MOSTLY REMOTE - We're searching for a motivated & diligent Part-Time, Real Estate Administrative Assistant for a busy and energetic top-producing Monmouth County, NJ Realtor to help grow my business and improve my client's experience before, during, and after the transaction. My ideal candidate has worked within fields where accuracy, consistency, and steadiness are expected and delivered and lives in Monmouth or Ocean County, NJ. You’ll be responsible for providing first-class customer service, managing all transactions, notifying clients/sales associates of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through to closing, scheduling appointments/walkthroughs, and maintaining my database. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market both listings and our brand. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal and written skills, and have strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM/database management The ideal candidate should be comfortable working solo and "owning" the position - knowing what needs to be tackled and completed - act as my eyes and ears, support my mission, enhance my professional image, and improve my client's overall experience.   • Hiring Immediately - Must live in Monmouth or Ocean County, NJ
  • Mostly Remote - must be able to travel to Sea Girt once/week

Responsibilities

  • Track important dates for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to buyers and sellers in order to seamlessly navigate them through the buying/selling process.
  • Input/update, coordinate and execute promotion of listings.
  • Organize and maintain my daily schedule; schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Represent me professionally while communicating with clients, sales associates and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM/database systems; tech, digital, and social media savvy.
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage projects & prioritize concurrent assignments
  • Professional in attitude, demeanor, and appearance.
  • Must live in Monmouth or Ocean Counties in NJ
  • Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel to Sea Girt, NJ once/week

Compensation
$18+ hourly DOE plus Bonus Opportunities
