Event Coordinator for a Real Estate team

Large team looking for an event coordinator to run a lot of events every month. He/she must have experience in creating and planning events, organizing, ordering, scheduling, set up, invite and promote. Must be very organized and talented in this area. Must have a vision and passion for events. Keep records with spreadsheets on every event. Work with the Media coordinator to promote events. Create experiences so exceptional that long after an event it stays with with clients and attendees.

Responsibilities

  • Researches and analyzes new products, pricing and services of competition.
  • Assists in developing working relationships with outside vendors and establishing prices.
  • Creates an atmosphere in all event management operations areas that meets or exceeds clients/guest expectations.
  • Must be positive and energetic
  • Interacts with clients/staff and guest to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Organized in keeping records of every event, every year.

Qualifications

  • Must have a car
  • Must be flexible with events on weekends
  • Must have experience with event planning
  • Be a people-person exuding warmth, courtesy, and sincerity 
  • Must exhibit a “can-do” attitude to productively solve problems. Develop and propose solutions to problems that occur. 
  • Highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organization and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Full-time position


Compensation
$30,000+
