We’re looking for a dedicated Dispositions Manager for our #winning wholesale real estate division: Quick Turn Properties.

Our company has been helping investors build wealth by providing discount real estate AKA Wholesale deals for over a decade. Simply put, we buy and sell investment property throughout Massachusetts for profit.

This is where you come in!

We’re seeking a dedicated Dispositions Manager to market, negotiate and sell or wholesale contracts to the steady flow of cash buyers that our business attracts. With our existing marketing systems and a large network of buyers already in place; we’re able to consistently get off-market investment properties in front of buyers daily. Your role will be to create ads, talk to, show and negotiate price with cash buyers and reach beyond our network to bring new cash buyers in our world.

Investors typically buy our properties, make improvements then rent or resell for profit, ultimately enhancing our local neighborhoods while building wealth for their families and themselves.


  • Marketing investment properties to buyers.
  • Prescreen and qualify buyers over the phone
  • Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently
  • Show properties
  • Negotiate with buyers- Track and update our database with buyer inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute contracts.
  • Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.
  • Work with Joint Venture partners
  • Market and Seek out new cash buyers that belong in our world
  • Prioritize properties marketing to meet contract deadlines
  • Assist company with misc. projects with respect to the business.
  • Follow company processes and procedures, and make suggestions for new ones.
