Our growing real estate company is seeking a salesperson who will facilitate the disposition of properties held by and controlled by the company. This will include marketing, negotiation, and sale. They are responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each.

Our company sells properties all over Metro Tampa and Western NC and expanding. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self-starters, who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little or no direction. Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales, and, in addition to Disposition Management, be able to lead admin team members who will be assisting.

The position of Disposition Manager involves creating marketing pieces that get emailed out to our established buyers' list on a daily basis. Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates. This will take place through various means - email, text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. It will also be the responsibility of the Disposition Manager to coordinate showings to interested buyers as needed.  

The primary responsibility of the disposition manager is to market, negotiate, and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Qualifications
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

  • 1+ years of direct sales experience where you had exceeded sales quotas

Compensation
$55,000 - $80,000 yearly
