Cava Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disposition Manager to join our faced-paced and entrepreneurial organization that is truly transforming the real estate investment industry and positively impacting hundreds of thousands of people’s lives at the same time.

This individual will take our dispositions department to the next level through the development of the role and internal processes. Responsibilities

  • Maximize dollars earned on every property
  • Once home is under contract meet with Acquisition Manager and fully understand property
  • Determine Properties best use that maximizes either ROI or Profit for the company
  • Research, find, cultivate relationships with buyers interested in the property
  • Generate interest and create urgency
  • Market properties for sale to maximize profit
  • Develop strong business relationships with investors / buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM (salesforce) on a daily basis
  • Actively participate in real estate networking events in order to cultivate and build a network of buyers
  • You will be compensated based upon achieving or exceeding target revenue numbers 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • 3 plus years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate sales and goal-oriented personality
  • Exceptional in long term relationship building
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SaleForce is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Natural sales ability
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions
  • Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
  • Results-oriented and highly skilled in negotiation
  • Strong interpersonal skills


Compensation
$80,000-$150,000
