• Build and maintain relationships with investors, wholesalers, and realtors to acquire investment properties.
• Develop a deep understanding of the types of properties investors are looking for, and use this knowledge to identify potential opportunities in the market.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire properties at a favorable price.
• Conduct cold prospecting and outreach to identify new opportunities for investment.
• Analyze potential properties to determine their suitability for investment.
• Negotiate deals with sellers, investors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Coordinate with other members of the team, such as acquisition managers and property managers, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
• Several years of experience in real estate acquisition or disposition.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals, including investors, wholesalers, and realtors.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with real estate software and databases.
