We're looking for a Real Estate Disposition Manager to handle the marketing pipeline and ensure the company reaches its financial goals. The person in this position is mainly responsible for (1) following the marketing process, (2) Managing the properties pipeline, (3) Negotiating with possible buyers, and (4) Assigning the properties to the best buyer. - Close at least 3-6 assignment contracts signed per week.
- Make at least 50 Cold Call Prospects introductions per week
- Manage marketing properties on the dispositions website
- Update acquisitions specialists on property status
- Work with the transaction coordinator on all properties
- Ensure all property details are imputed in the CRM system for tracking
- Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised. (10-15 minutes after initial contact).
- Hands-on Sales experience for 1-2 years
- Extensive knowledge of the business process and information flow.
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Working conditions are fast-paced for an office environment. Work requires weekend and evening work regularly.
