Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Training provided)

  • Marketing investment properties to buyers.
  • Prescreen and qualify buyers over the phone
  • Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently
  • Show properties
  • Negotiate with buyers- Track and update our database with buyer inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute contracts.
  • Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.
  • Work with Joint Venture partners
  • Market and Seek out new cash buyers that belong in our world
  • Prioritize properties marketing to meet contract deadlines
  • Assist company with misc. projects with respect to the business.
  • Follow company processes and procedures, and make suggestions for new ones.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Exceptional in long term relationship building
  • Results/goals orientated
  • Financially driven with a motive to earn
  • Smart and well presented
  • Good communication skills
  • Natural sales ability
  • Hard working

Compensation
$120,000 - $60,000 yearly
