We are on the lookout for a full-time, Real Estate Dispositions Manager! This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support you need to perform at your best. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long-term relationships. 

This dedicated Dispositions Manager will market, negotiate and sell wholesale contracts to the steady flow of clients that our business attracts. Your role will be to list all of our properties once ready for the market- this includes all realtor communication, coordinating open houses, scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs, coordinating all inspection repair items with our project manager, and anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly. You must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple property listings on the MLS or off-market.

Compensation: $70,000- $90,000 At Plan (Base Salary + percentage of profits)

Responsibilities

  • Sell and market our properties on and off-market- You will be adding to our cash buyer database and building relationships with hedge funds
  • All realtor communication, coordinating open houses, scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs, coordinating all inspection repair items with our project manager, and anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly
  • Cold calling potential clients/investment companies actively purchasing in the Omaha, NE area to continuously build our buyer list
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiples properties listings on the MLS or off-market

Qualifications

The Right Person

  • A real estate license is required
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Must have a car for transportation
  • Ability to prioritize many tasks at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate, with phenomenal in-person communication skills
  • Driven to succeed and highly motivated
