Disposition Specialist Job Description

This role requires you to step out of your comfort zone. As a leader of a small team, you’ll be required to have the experience and creativity to manage all aspects of marketing. $1,500 - $2,000 Monthly Base Pay + Commissions (based on experience)

What you’ll do

As Disposition Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Selling and Assigning Property Contracts to Investors
• Marketing Properties as they enter our inventory
• Communicating with Acquisitions and Transaction Coordinator on Property Specifics
• Updating and Communicating within CRM
• Building and Maintaining Relationships to create repeat buyers

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

• At least 1 years of experience in Dispositions
• A strategic mindset that allows you to understand industry trends and needs
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload
• Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude
