The Disposition Manager’s role is to facilitate the marketing, negotiation, and sale of property held by and controlled by the company for the highest possible return. Potential buyers will be calling in, sending emails, or submitting online forms to be contacted, and you will speak with them to determine if they are a qualified buyer for a particular property, as well as to develop rapport. You will also be responsible to call, email, and text investors, agents, realtors, etc to present all of our opportunities. This role requires a “Hunter” mentality. Another important factor for this role is to increase the number of qualified buyers our company can market to. Ultimately, creating a profitable, customer-oriented, and positive experience for the negotiation and sale of property held by the company, is your main focus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the marketing, negotiation, and sale of property held by and controlled by the company
  • Set appointments or provide instructions to potential buyers to access properties we have under contract or wish to sell
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management
  • Creating marketing pieces that get emailed out to a buyers list on a daily basis
  • Once the property has been marketed to potential buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of their properties from the interest the marketing generates
  • Meet with potential buyers in-person and communicate with them via email, text, and phone calls
  • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow their existing buyer's list
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
  • Work with the entire team, and utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business or business-related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Negotiation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision- A Hunter
  • Skilled at time management
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Compensation
$80000 - $110,000 yearly
