We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and being part of a hard-working team.

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

We have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help sell these properties to investors!

• Work with Buyers, Sellers, and Title Companies to Get Our Properties Sold
• Manage Text Blasts, Email Blast, and text communication with buyers
• Speak with investors and convey property info with the goal of selling the property
• Negotiate Offers
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis, Marketing Plan, and other due diligence for each property
• Prepare contracts including purchase contracts, assignment contracts, etc
• Develop strong relationships with buyers, real estate agents, and other real estate related professionals
• Inspecting and Showing Properties.
• Follow up on showings and obtain feedback
• Coordinate with Company Operations and Acquisitions teams
• Coordinate with title companies, agents, lenders, property managers, photographers
• Maintaining reports for the Executive Team
• Use CRM, Dropbox, DocuSign, other business systems

• Minimum of 2-year previous sales experience
• Work well under pressure
• Must feel comfortable speaking with people
• Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office
• Must love people and love fun!
