We are a high-performance real estate investment company on the lookout for a full-time, Real Estate Dispositions Manager. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support you need to perform at your best. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long-term relationships. 

This dedicated Dispositions Manager will market, negotiate and sell our off-market properties to the steady flow of investors that our business attracts. This role will also entail listing all of our renovated flip properties once ready for the market - this includes all realtor communication, coordinating open houses, scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs, and coordinating all inspection repair items with our project manager, and anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly. You must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple property listings on the MLS or off-market.

Compensation: $50- $70k/Year (Salary + commissions)

• Marketing all of our wholesale properties and coordinating with interested investors to see the property
• Listing all of our renovated properties once ready for the market- This includes all realtor communication, coordinating open houses, scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs, coordinating all inspection repair items with our project manager, and anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly
• Must be willing to be available at all times within reason. (This is not a 9-5 job)
• Cold calling investors/investment companies actively purchasing in the Atlanta, GA area to continuously build our investor buyer list
• Relocating occupants from properties we are purchasing regardless of their situation and qualifications
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple property listings on the MLS or off-market

• Must have a car for transportation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize many tasks at once
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate, with phenomenal in-person communication skills
