We're looking for a talented Disposition Agent to join our Home Buying Company! This team member will be trusted with all of the nurturing of our client from contract to close.

Disposition Agent's role will be but not be limited to contacting: homeowners by making outbound calls through a dialer, real estate agents, and potential buyers to purchase subject property, set inspection dates, schedule photos. Agent shall report on each lead and transaction based on the results from the point of contact described and shall input the leads into systems provided by Real Neighborhood Offer, LLC. Agent shall provide enough notation to describe each of the lead's outcomes and will also follow up with leads as needed. Agent is responsible for collecting and negotiating offers from said buyers to increase profit margins.

This is a base pay + commission-based opportunity. $100,000+

Full-Time availability 7a-3pm PST required.

• Source and build relationships with buyers 
• Schedule and attend property inspections 
• Schedule and attend property showings
• Receive and review purchase and sale agreements with end buyers
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers on properties to sell inventory
• Keep CRM updated on all of your assigned transactions
• Close assigned transactions in a timely and profitable manner

• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
• Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
• Decisive and proactive in the sales process
