Growth Potential Unheard of in Real Estate Sales
Our team of 15 (12 agents and 3 staff) is growing, and in need of a Sales Manager to free up the CEO to focus on launching other business opportunities for team members, and free up to Operations Director to focus on the day-to-day and our internal 501c3 non-profit. This person will be an integral piece of the next chapter of growth and will have significant opportunity beyond this role, if successful.
Current success in the Denver-metro area real estate market is mandatory. Part of your job will be to continue to run a great real estate business. We will take all administrative responsibilities off of your plate, freeing you up to focus on leading others.
Compensation would start between $250k and $300k, and is based on three facets:
