The Director of Productivity is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, they exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to goals and thrives seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with market center leadership in order to achieve the Market Center’s goals by supporting the dependent and interdependent market center model. Their primary responsibility is to create a program that builds the careers of agents looking for a higher-level of leverage and support in lead generation and shared services than an interdependent model provides. This productivity coaching program can be run with or without leads. The Director of Productivity will assist the Team Leader in recruiting and identifying potential candidates for coaching, will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and will hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. If the Productivity Coach is running a program with leads, they will also serve as the “Rainmaker” for their group of agents. The Director of Productivity uses MREA models and KW systems to track his/her results and those of their team and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals. The Productivity Coach should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful systems, training and coaching , and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and understand their contribution to the larger market centers objectives. They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system and are authentic leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and establish a productivity-based environment for associates
  • Generate # of leads per agent per month (# defined by MC leadership)
  • 50% are enrolled and engaged in productivity coaching
  • 50% of productivity coaching program are producing each month
  • Recruiting 5 agents per month
  • Develop system for capturing and distributing leads to associates in the market center
  • Create strategy to identify potential associates that would engage in the Productivity Coaching Program 
  • Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Leverage Command to generate leads for associates in program
  • Prospect for new clients daily
  • Effective lead follow up
  • Enhance prospecting efforts with strategic marketing
  • Lead all aspects of transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Create and nurture the database
  • Meet with R1 and R2 recruits (as needed)
  • Hire and build team to support transaction coordination, listing management, marketing support, etc. – shared services on an as needed basis
  • Track results, review and ensure program is profitable through establishing business plan and share results with MC Leadership team

  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Track record of success
  • Real estate license
  • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred 

Compensation
$100,000 + at plan
