The Director of Operations relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems and The Millionaire Real Estate Models to support production at all levels. They are committed to the Career Visioning and 30-60-90 training processes to support the company’s growth goals.

The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional operational team members to ensure all operational aspects continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and training new team members
  • System development, implementation, and management
  • Oversee administrative team, providing accountability, support, and guidance 
  • Guide Agents through all transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Customer/Vendor relations
  • Creating and implementing metrics and goals

Qualifications
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines

  • Knowledge of the following systems: MLS, Quickbooks, Commissions Inc., Keller Williams Command, Appfiles, and Google Files Stream

  • Real estate license preferred
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 + Performance Based Bonuses
