Are you a dynamic and results driven person? We want to talk with you to fill our Director of Operations position. This person will be responsible for the strategic execution of business processes for multiple real estate businesses. They should have strong business acumen, combined with a real sense of urgency to succeed at a high level. They should set the vision for multiple real estate businesses.  The individual chosen will be recognized for leadership, high integrity, and success in their business endeavors. They are a confident, driven, and passionate about achieving goals. They demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness to get the job done.

They should have highly developed skills in accountability for keeping direct reports focused on the goals of the respective business, specifically recruiting talent, executing on business initiatives, controlling expenses, achieving high levels of productivity, focusing on key performance indicators and profitability, while keeping the culture in the businesses world class.

The Director of Operations should empower the direct reports with the tools of the business and become proficient in their use. They should also develop and enhance existing systems to make them excellent. The director of operations should set clear expectations regarding the standards for key performance indicators. They will hold the staff accountable for excellence in both systems and execution of projects.

The Director of Operations should have exceptional skills in reading and interpreting data with the ability to teach the staff and associates important information relating to business metrics. Additionally, the Director of Operations should be skilled at negotiating to obtain the best in fees, equipment, and services for the business. The Director of Operations should be learning based, seeking to operate personally and professionally at the highest level.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of highly successful residential real estate sales experience where they demonstrated their business and their leadership skills. They should be able to function in a high-tech environment. They should have the ability to attract talent, multitask, and operate in a fast-paced environment. They should have a commitment to develop the dominant real estate company in the territory. 


What will you do?

  • Maintain direct and open communication with CEO and team members
  • Interview and select new team members when appropriate
  • Stay abreast of the changes and trends within the industry
  • Review key performance indicators frequently to help agents and ownership know whether businesses are on the right track.
  •  Maintain and develop world class business processes
  • Exercise direct supervision of and support for several fast paced real estate businesses
  • Ensure that the company maintains a tight fiscal policy in order to maximize profit
  • Review key performance indicators with the CEO monthly
  • Review plans and programs for recruiting with the CEO
  • Develops existing businesses taking them from great to world class
  • Assure that the business maintains the highest ethical standards and levels of professional performance
  •  CEO – weekly
  • Administrative staff – daily/weekly
  • Masterminds at the Local, Regional, and International level 
  • Owners of other companies at various conventions and professional meetings

Compensation: $50,000 per year plus bonus and interest in profits of growing companies. Total compensation up to $100,000/year.
