The Director of Operations is a key empire builder for the growing Mike Quail Home Selling Team. This passionate driver is a master of systems and consistently seeks innovative and efficient processes that will save the business time and money. Relishing the opportunity to develop new systems or enhance existing ones to a higher degree of excellency, the Director of Operations will enjoy strategizing with the Team Lead to implement directives for continued growth and prosperity.

As the business grows, this individual will have a responsibility to hire, train, and lead additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience in Real Estate, yet strongly prefers the operational aspects of the industry as opposed to sales. The ideal candidate still desires to earn a six figure income and play a part in building a revenue sharing down line of team members by contributing to the growth and refinement of the organization they work with.

  • Supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance.
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence.
  • Handling requests and client inquiries appropriately.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Producing reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations 
  • Facilitating vendor relations and events 
  • Maintaining and building a database management system(s).
  • Tracking expenses accurately and create effective budgets.
  • Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team.
  • Helping clients through the closing process as needed 
  • Eventually Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable.
  • This person will LOVE checklists, projects, and "to do" list.

  • Active Real Estate license and/or experience in the industry 
  • Be a strong communicator - both written and verbal skills
  • Tech savvy and up to date with latest applications

$45,000 - $60,000 Base (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities to Earn a Six Figure Income
