  • You love real estate but have determined that selling is not for you
  • You can coordinate and work as a liaison between the real estate Agents, clients, prospects, and third-party vendors
  • You are a master at anticipating the transaction process and can track all documents from start to finish
  • You perform very well under pressure, and can assess, prioritize, and act quickly and accordingly

  • You are tech savvy - you have a knack for social media and marketing
  • You are the go to back bone of our team, and we can rely on you to have exceptional organizational skills
  • Real estate license preferred, but is not a must
  • Experience in some area of the real estate field is a must

He/she creates and continually maintains a smooth process for all transactions from start to finish including tracking budget expenses. He/she creates checklists and deadlines on a calendar for all transactions. He/she continually maintains the CRM and can work independently as well as part of an ambitious team.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative work including managing Agents' email and calendar 
  • Create and maintain all listings and coordinate all with Sotheby's office admin
  • Create and manage all marketing pieces, print ads, Just Listed and Just Sold postcards, Open Houses, etc.
  • Coordinate and organize photo shoots and video shoots on listings 
  • Make sure the videos and photos are accepted by PSIR standards and distribute/post as necessary
  • Maintain CRM and all mailing/marketing lists
  • Coordinate, schedule and promote open houses on all medias
  • Open escrows and order all necessary inspections 
  • Track escrows from start to finish
  • Communicate with all 3rd party vendors (Escrow, title, tradesmen)  
  • Maintain marketing materials at all listings 
  • Client care which includes minimum weekly e-mail/phone communication with sellers/buyers to ensure smooth process of collecting paperwork
  • Schedule inspections and attend as needed while interacting with clients
  • Track ad campaigns and create showing reports/feedback to clients from our social media ads, showings and Open Houses
  • Make sure all videos are categorized and optimized on YouTube channels
  • Post marketing material on social media outlets
  • Back up and be on call for immediate showing relief if needed
  • Assist with Zillow, Google, Yelp reviews
  • Manage real estate Agents schedules to keep them on track

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PC or Mac
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Dropbox and CRMs
  • Previous experience in real estate admin or sales experience required 
  • Excellent at written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with clients, Agents and 3rd party vendors
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) 
  • Real Estate License is an asset but not required 
  • Marketing Experience is a plus
Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
