We’re looking for a talented Residential Real Estate Director of Operations in Billings, MT, to step in and take charge of our busy residential real estate office. Whether you’re a current Operations Manager or you’ve served as a Real Estate Executive Assistant on a top producing team, we’re looking for a candidate that stands out.
We close on average 120 transactions per year and have a goal of expanding, doubling our production, and you will be very hands-on with this process.

Manage the office. Keep the SOP up to date, direct onboarding, and systems training for new sales agents, and coordinate the care and management of the office including vendors.
Assist the Sales Manager in tracking the team’s numbers and contribute to team meetings. As Agents bring on new listings and put more buyers under contract, you will coordinate with them to ensure that no leads fall through the cracks, keeping all parties associated with the contract up-to-date and well informed.
Support your team by tracking deal flow of 15-25 transactions at any given time. You’ll oversee the day-to-day flow of the team and ensure that all client communication reflects the team’s high standards. You will ensure that the contract to close process runs smoothly. You will support all agents on the team and you will own the entire pipeline for the team.
Execute strategies to optimize the company's financial growth and liaise with the accountant.
Plan events for the business along with client appreciation and oversee marketing. You will ensure that the database is always up to date and that milestones are recognized creating customers for life.
2+ years supporting real estate agents at a high level
Bonus points for:
Salary: $60k - $70k based on experience plus a performance-based override

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, flexibility on the evenings required depending on the needs of the business (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed).
Location: Billings, MT You should live within a 40-minute commute of Billings, MT and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
