We are seeking a Director of Operations in Baltimore, Maryland, for the Simone Group of Keller Williams Legacy, a top-producing real estate sales team. This person will be a high impact leader responsible for running the Operations Department of the business and implementing the team’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate is a capable strategic and tactical thinker energized by coaching and developing leaders in an aggressive, fast-paced environment.

In this key role, you will work closely with the CEO and Director of Sales to assess external and internal opportunities for the business, design system, tool, and people solutions to capitalize on those opportunities, and manage the deployment of team resources to successfully achieve critical goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate; however, this is not a requirement. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has an inspirational style.

Compensation is Base + Performance-Based Bonuses and Profit Share opportunity Includes Benefits


  • Lead and manage the Operations Department of the team with a focus on skill mastery, talent development, goal-oriented achievement, and a solution-focused mandate
  • Make key Operations hires, consult in cross-departmental hires, and take a critical role in safeguarding team culture
  • Review, re-design, re-build and implement where necessary all team systems and tools including lead generation, client workflows, internal communication, marketing, events, document retainment, database management, and general office functions
  • Prepare and analyze key metric reports, financial analysis reports, housing market statistics, and industry trends
  • Act as a liaison between the Operations Department and the Sales Department of the team to eliminate silos and ensure exemplary client satisfaction
  • Oversee vendor and strategic partner relationships to secure win-win outcomes
  • Be an active and assertive member of the leadership team in guiding the overall direction, vision, and success of the business
  • Troubleshoot high-level problems including real estate contract negotiations, technology gremlins, internal conflicts, and unforeseen acts of god


  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet skills
