We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to oversee multiple projects in a high-growth, entrepreneurial work environment. We are hiring a motivated real estate director of marketing to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include marketing and administrative duties, such as the development and implementation of a long term nurture program for our client database, current and future real estate buyers and sellers. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media, through content marketing, traditional marketing efforts, and planning company events. Responsibilities


  • Development and implement a strategic and sustainable marketing plan.
  • Design and implement organizational systems.
  • Hiring, training, and coaching new and existing team members.
  • Goal setting, planning, and leadership.
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area.
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Lead generation, advertising, and promotion.
  • Seller and buyer Prospection and servicing.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate license required
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience with necessary computer software programs (Office, Design, Mac OS)
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
