Career Objective: Oversee team lead database for a top producing luxury real estate team to ultimately produce closed transactions by nurturing the database with text, phone, and email conversations, setting appointments from warm leads, maintaining database systems, identifying areas for conversion improvement, and reviewing ROI on lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

Job Activities

  • Nurturing real estate Leads to Appointment stage
  • Utilize and test creative strategies to convert the database as a whole
  • Making sure all leads have note & next follow up date
  • Attend monthly team meetings showing conversion dashboard and discuss database metrics
  • Maintain database management reports
  • Monitor Agent Databases and direct lead flow and appointments accordingly
  • Effectively communicate database needs with leadership
  • Participate in Marketing conversations/meetings to make sure messaging is consistent
  • Create and maintain systems in the database for Agents so no lead falls through the cracks
  • Nurture past client database with a minimum of 4 touches per year
  • Create campaigns

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

  • Have a real estate license - Or are willing to obtain one
  • Sales Skills - Have successful experience in appointment setting and long-term lead nurture conversations, able to write and implement scripts
  • Addicted to follow-up - Seeing all lead conversations as an opportunity to nurture a client relationship
  • Accountability King/Queen - Able to have direct, metric-related conversations
  • Able to train agents and new employees in lead follow-up processes
  • Data and Results driven - Knows how to utilize and create accountability systems (including but not limited to: CRM, Google sheets, etc) - Staying in the role is reliant upon producing monthly, quarterly, and annual results
  • Systems and technology savvy: Utilize technology to enhance their role and the business
  • Available full time, 40+ hours per week

  • Able to understand and execute as applicable the vision of the team
  • Innovative, willing to take charge, create and execute projects with little to no supervision

Compensation
$75,000-$125,000
