We are searching for a virtual Database Assistant to assist our team with maintaining several platforms for our REMAX team. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about real estate and has the drive to maintain an organized database. The right candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a CRM.

• Reviews leads on a daily basis
• Properly stages leads, adds notes, and tags
• Updates leads across databases, ensuring consistency
• Sets appropriate reminders for agents to follow up and assigns nurture campaigns

• CRM or database experience
• Comfort updating lead records
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written communication skills
• Teachable and accountable
• Real Estate background (preferred)
• Follow Up Boss experience (preferred)
• Zillow Experience (preferred)
