Our mission is to create a first class experience for our home buyers and sellers as well as our investors; we are seeking a part time Database Management Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contact resource management (CRM) and/or communications with consumers online. Past experience in Wordpress, CRM databases and their management and/or social media and online chat bots would be helpful. We can potentially get the necessary permissions for internship credit at other colleges and universities in the area. We have helped SDSU students obtain credits as paid interns.

Achievers Realty, Inc. uses Chime with Wordpress as our website/CRM platform. If you have used other website/database management platforms like Boomtown or Sierra Interactive or Wise Agent, then you will find this is similar.

Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Ethics, attention to details, and professionalism are very important as we help other people buy and sell homes. If you have the gift of logic in setting up databases and sifting through data and/or you are gifted in writing, discernment, enjoy interacting with others via text/email/online or occasionally on the phone, and have an amiable, outgoing and pleasant demeanor, we look forward to hearing from you. Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage website/contact resource management (CRM) software for broker
  • Oversee all website blogs, information files and online interactive marketing in website, on facebook or instagram (chatting with clients via email/text/chat support)
  • Be the first point of contact in handling buyer/seller inquiries and complaints
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients with a goal of setting an appointment with an agent 
  • Must possess: excellent written and oral grammar skills; writing ability that is especially familiar, informal in style
Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Gmail and basic Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with writing and proof reading
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Helpful if you have any background in Wordpress and/or CRMs
Compensation
$15 - $17 per hour plus bonuses
