We're looking for real estate coaches to coach real estate agents in the Dallas and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for working with agents to increase their production and help them achieve their professional and personal goals.

In-Person Coaches

• Weekly in-person group coaching/training sessions
• Coaching and accountability
• Attend weekly coach call for all coaches

Virtual Coaches

• Weekly one on one coaching calls with each client
• Coaching and accountability
• Attend weekly coach call for all coaches

• Coaching experience OR real estate experience (closed a minimum of 30 transactions)
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to help others self discover
• Great listener and asks great questions
• Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
