A productive real estate office in South Florida is growing and looking for the right person to launch agent careers. You will work closely with the leadership of the office to increase the productivity of our agents. You will assess their individual needs and determine which of our two productivity programs is appropriate for them. You will lead both programs and assist agent growth through training, coaching, accountability, and leveraging technology.
You must thrive on change and variety and be able to operate in that kind of environment at a high level. You should be as comfortable following a model and plugging into systems as you are in designing models and systems. Your focus will be on agent count and individual agent's productivity. We are moving quickly and need someone that can get up to speed in no time.
You will be involved with every aspect of the new agent's career cycle from the point they begin researching brokerages until they are self-sufficient and well on the path to success.
