The Productivity Coach's primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to obtain a Capper production level. They collaborate with the leadership team by using the tools of the Growth Initiative to recruit new and non-capping associates - particularly those interested in engaging in the Market Center's PC program - and will use the tools of the MREA models to drive associates to increase production. You will engage with Real Estate professionals, both new and experienced, demonstrating to them how we can help them be more productive and profitable
The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center's meetings and classes. The Productivity Coach will use existing tools to identify potential candidates for coaching and will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions.
