Responsibilities

  • Teach contracts
  • CRM training
  • Coaching appointments
  • Weekly accountability with agents
  • Help negotiate contracts
  • Open house training
  • Database training
  • Team and coaching commissions

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Real estate sales experience
  • 20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS
  • Team player
  • Attend ongoing KW training and events
  • Help interview potential agents

Compensation
$85,000-$115,000
