We are looking for an experienced agent to help coach new and seasoned agents. We help get you up to speed with coaching tactics and training. We give you tech to help make this extremely efficient with additional tools to help boost your business. We also provide agents that lead to bringing into the coaching program. Plugging in your agents with our smart plan campaigns have a predictable ROI. This is a great way to grow your team alongside the coaching team. Responsibilities

  • Coach and teach contracts
  • Teach database and COI marketing
  • Command training
  • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients
  • Train 1-3-5 and 4-1-1
  • Coaching appointments
  • Weekly accountability with agents
  • Help negotiate contracts

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Real estate sales experience
  • 20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS
  • Team player
  • Coachable and trainable
  • Attend ongoing KW training and events

Compensation
$60,000 coaching commissions and team sales
