This position is in the Real Estate Industry and requires an Arizona Real Estate license. We are looking for a Closing Coordinator who is extremely detailed and has high energy. You will play a key role in achieving our real estate team's goals through the facilitation of smooth transactions from point of accepted contract to delivery of the keys to the new homeowner.

We are seeking a self-motivated thinker, NOT just a task manager who is detail-oriented, someone who cares about the quality of their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

40 hour workweek

• Implement proven systems and manage systems for clients, and database management
• Will be working with 16 Real Estate Agents on their closings
• Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and our vendor partners
• Customer service to clients and customers of the team
• Be able to manage 50-60 closings per month
• Work closely with our listing department
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to the CEO and President

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona
• Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
• Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
• Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
• Deadline driven and extremely organized
• A true professional who supports the entire team in achieving their goals and working closing with ownership

The Carol Royse Team is a family-owned Real Estate team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley selling the entire Valley in the metro Phoenix areas. We sell over 400 homes per year. We are a learning-based company and have been active in residential real estate for over 33 years. Currently, we list and sell 40 to 50 homes per month.
