We’re in search of organized, professional real estate to serve as the main point of contact for the principal broker. This position will be responsible for the financials, marketing, and closing of transactions, as well as, growing the team and the business. A real estate license and or experience is preferred, but not a requirement. The willingness to obtain a real estate license is preferred.

This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team service clients with seamless, top-notch customer service.   • Build, manage and maintain team sales numbers
  • Manage commissions
  • Track data
  • Communicate with clients 
  • Implement pricing strategies 
  • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage the client database 
  • Communicate changes and issues from clients to the rest of the team so they are resolved efficiently
  • Create marketing opportunities and events with our customer base in the community to increase company reputation and visibility
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for customers, database management, and back-office support to improve productivity
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Management of our listings and closings
  • Closing coordination for all of our transactions
  • Communication with attorneys, lenders, and vendors 
  • Communication with clients
  • Recruit new team members

  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in finance 
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Skills in building and maintaining sales and budgets
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision
  • Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive Dropbox, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Internet skills
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally 
  • Excellent grammar and math skills are a must
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Must have the ability to travel to our listings which are typically within 20 miles of the office
  • Must have the ability to travel to closings with are typically within 20 miles of the office
