The Closing Coordinator Assistant is deeply committed to top-notch customer service (serving the client, as well as the Company’s agents), exemplifying the 3 C’s: Care, Commitment, and Communication. They always looks to go “above and beyond” for our clients to make sure that they have a smooth and enjoyable home selling experience.

Responsibilities
  • Aid team in building and keeping up with database
  • Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and agents
  • Work closely with clients, agents, title companies, mortgage companies, and vendors
  • Keep all parties informed of timelines and events needing to take place for closings
  • Work closely with the Listing Team to pass files from one department to another seamlessly
  • Schedule inspections and closing appointments
  • Work through any issues that arise as a team, with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • Can handle difficult customers with grace
  • Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills
  • Is direct, yet helpful in dealing with customer concerns
  • Would be helpful if you have previous MLS experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Punctual and consistently on-time
  • Warm, engaging, inviting personality
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Able to adapt to changes as the company grows
  • Previous Real Estate experience is a huge plus
Compensation
$12 hourly
