• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge

• Establish connections with potential clients
• Channel new, eligible leads into the sales pipeline
• Pursue fresh business prospects to broaden the customer base
• Regularly update customer databases to provide up-to-date client information to the sales team and our corporate referring partners
• Possess proficient time management abilities

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Previous work in a customer-facing position

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills are a must-have
• Call center experience is desirable
