Real Estate Client Relations - Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to complete administrative tasks and assist the broker/owner who has personally sold $1B in real estate. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office supplies, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. In addition, you will help oversee office events and larger-scale projects. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail-oriented.

Position Expectations: This position is 9 am - 6 pm Mon-Fri in the office, with occasional work outside normal business hours as needed.
