We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support The Gentry Group and carry out basic administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the agents and clients and be responsible for screening and conveying relevant messages, making appointments, handling marketing tasks, and other administrative duties for the team. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other key individuals when necessary. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience in a relevant field. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities
  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
  • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential

  • Oversee the database, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with contacts
  • Execute marketing materials as requested and needed
  • Prepare materials for listing and buyer consults
  • Event planning and execution
  • Listing Coordination and prep
  • Calendar and email management
  • CTC assistance
  • Client Care
  • Maintain systems and workflows
  • Reporting and financials

Qualifications
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus

  • Detail and solution-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Highly organized
  • Experience supporting high-performing sales professionals
  • Prioritization and effectively managing a number of tasks and roles is a MUST

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
