We’re hiring a motivated real estate Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client and company database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, obtaining all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. 

Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, maintain calendars, participate in Daily Huddles, and manage all files in Google drive. Coordinate Earnest Money Deposit for all pertinent transactions and confirm that EMD is submitted to the brokerage by the deadline. You’ll also support the team by marketing the real estate agents and their listings on social media, print media, digital media, and planning company events. 

Candidates with a real estate license in Maryland, D.C. and/or Virginia, or pursuing a license are preferred. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. If this position interests you, send us your resume today!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
Qualifications
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
