Client Care Coordinator for Top Real Estate Team
Our Client Care Coordinator is a friendly face that represents our team to both the agent community and to our clients. This position is also a major point of leverage for the team and helps increase team productivity as a whole.
We're looking for someone who is engaging, prompt, polite, professional and who is able to quickly read people and situations well. Our Client Care Coordinator will also have a sharp eye for detail. We’re willing to train the right person who follows instructions well and is able to work well independently AND on a team. Applicants are required to take at least one self-assessment profile including the DISC assessment. This is a mix of in office/"field” work so time management is crucial. Some weekends may also be required. No out of area/out of state applicants or virtual assistants. During these unusual times, all best practices related to COVID-19 are observed and carried out by our team to protect both our team and the community.
