This position will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and optimizing our systems and processes along with implementing any and all new strategies. Real Estate experience is a bonus but not required.

The position requires considerable self-confidence and vision. You will work side by side with the CEO to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business by performing the functions outlined below. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the well being of our company’s organizational health with a shared vision to grow the company with the CEO.

This position is best described as one where you must be proactive by nature while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Activities related to this position shall be concerned with medium-term strategies and goals.

This position will maintain control of goals and direction and will closely monitor the structure and processes of the work assignment. If you enjoy developing systems and processes to assist in the management of others, as well as the outcome of their work, then this position is perfect for you! 

This position requires a great deal of change and pressure, with shifting priorities, deadlines, and/or goals.

For long term employment, it must be thoroughly determined that the company shares the same goals and visions of the person in this position.


Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly communicate the company’s core values, defining objectives, and core purpose to the team members
  • Implement recognition, coaching, training, and disciplinary action as needed to all junior team members
  • Develop and monitor business KPI’s and report them to the CEO as required
  • Establish proactive KPI’s for team members that correlate to work being performed (calls being made in a week, how many calls missed etc.)
  • Create ideas for assignments that will improve KPI’s for each individual team member (how to get more leads, etc.)
  • Regularly monitor all team members to ensure they are performing their job duties efficiently and effectively
  • Routine check-ins with team members
  • Scheduling and conducting team member evaluations and developing personal development plans as required
  • Identify individual team member’s needs and concerns and work with the CEO to address
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members when making requests for time off, work from home, sick, etc.
  • Responsible for knowing the location of any team member working off-site during regular business hours and communicating that to the CEO when required
  • Schedule, prepare for, and lead Monday staff meetings
  • Ensure all processes for every team member is documented and routinely evaluated for effectiveness
  • Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns, track KPI's for each campaign
  • Track overall KPI's to ensure the company is operating at it's full potential
