Responsibilities

The right candidate for this opportunity will be a player and coach who is active in both sales and leadership. As you continue to grow our already successful Real Estate Team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, you will focus more on leadership, management, accountability, coaching, recruiting, onboarding and training, and less on personal production. 

As a member of our top-producing team, you will receive appointment opportunities set for you by our incredible Inside Sales Team, leads (A LOT OF THEM) to set your own appointments, Listing and Closing Coordination, and cutting-edge systems and technology. In addition, we provide world-class training that has led many of our team members to become market leaders and achieve consistent six-figure incomes.

Qualifications

  • Must be an active Real Estate Agent
  • Must have or be willing to get a real estate sales license in South Carolina
  • 2+ years real estate experience with a proven track record of success
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of success is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • A passion for coaching and impacting others
  • Be tech-savvy
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation
$100,000 - $250,000+ annually
