• Respond to inbound warm leads
• Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer agents
• Input and manage client & lead database
• Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads
• Develop strong client relationships prior to turning to team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Input lead data into CRM
• Provide monthly reports to leadership team

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication to respond to leads
• Prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills i.e. following up with clients and agents through various methods of communication and tracking
• Internalize scripts
• Willingness to work with a flexible schedule
