We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. You will be the primary contact point for all buyer and seller prospects prior to the meeting with one of our selling partners. Responsibilities
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Intercept calls and provides assistance to those who require it (eg. sellers, buyers, agents, etc)
  • Take quick over-the-phone home evaluations
  • Enter all leads into the contact management system and schedule follow up with the agent for Office Manager
  • Book listing appointments, always filling out qualifying questions form
  • Open file for each listing and buyer – include contracts, feature sheets, photos, etc
  • Enter listing into contact management system with as much detail as possible and launch listing plan
  • Update contact management system with details of all offers
  • Enter sales in the sales log
  • Update listed/sold on a spreadsheet
  • Launch a conditional or after-sale plan in the contact management system
  • Organize team couriers schedule for each day
  • Tabulate data for analysis
  • Assist Team with agent recruiting efforts

Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication

  • Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Real Estate License is preferred
  • Monday-Friday Flex Schedule plus 1/2 day Saturday

Compensation
$40,000 yearly
