You will manage our clients' database which is utilized to a maximum and clients are well-organized and on track for their home purchase plans. As a call center manager, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills. • Outboard Calls
• Collect and analyze data statistics
• Supervise daily operations for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our real estate business
• Manage clients' databases
• Required to come into the office Mostly 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Ideally)
• Around 45hrs/week

• Proven experience with a CALL CENTRE or similar position
