We are looking for three motivated buyer’s agents who are passionate about making the home buying experience great for their clients. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make your buyer’s dream a reality! Job seekers should be enthusiastic, driven, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for every buyer. Whether you have sold homes before or your just passionate about the industry, let’s talk!


  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Troubleshoot potential challenges for your clients before and during their home purchase
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective clients by listening and helping them achieve their goals
  • Maintain a database of relationships - perspective buyer clients


  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with people you haven't met before
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A desire to accomplish your goals
