Our Buyer - Seller Specialist must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Yes, that’s right, our agents are given the opportunity to work with both buyer and seller clients. This individual thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win attitude. In addition, they must demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a highly self-motivated, terrific presenter and communicator, and be a barracuda closer. Come and build your own empire within our fine, progressive group. We have a superb reputation and need real stars to start growing their business.

  • We take the trial and error out of the first 3-5 years of your business
  • We have two full-time brokers/owners to train, answer questions, help write up and negotiate contracts, and help through each transaction. 
  • Each agent receives 30-35 unique leads each month
  • We have an advanced online transaction management system to make it easy to upload files to the office
  • We pay our agents through direct deposit, the fastest way possible after a closing
  • We have weekly one-on-one coaching meetings with each agent to help them hit their goals and grow their business
  • We meet weekly for Team Meetings to connect, train and support each other
  • We have one-on-one training for learning all of the following: 
  • Sales dialogs and conversion
  • Internal systems
  • Building out your different lead sources 
  • Business Logistics
  • Goal setting 
  • Branding
  • Lead Generation
  • As a team, we get together often for team-building activities
  • Access to the entire library of detailed instruction to build out your 6-10 lead funnels
  • We have a full-time Internal Sales Concierge to convert online leads for you as they come in through our lead system

  • Each agent has their own Client Relationship Management System to manage all of their incoming leads as well as their sphere of influence

Responsibilities

  • Showing homes to qualified clients
  • Be on the phone for 2-3 hours per day
  • Make and send videos
  • Be available nights and weekends for client appointments and showings
  • Identify homes that meet the criteria as specified by need analysis
  • Write and negotiate with clients to contract offers
  • Convert appointments to contracts
  • Consult with clients to ensure the highest level of service in the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends

Qualifications

  • Valid Idaho Real Estate License
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Gmail and google docs and real estate-associated programs or an advanced ability to learn such items
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and more if needed (part-time to full-time transition available case by case)
  • Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times

Compensation
$50,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
