The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The buyer agent prospects for leads daily close those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis. They will refine the criteria and close for contract offers. At that point, the buyer agent will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close.

The buyer agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly interested in learning and growth opportunities, personally and professionally as well.

100% commission based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation
$60,000+ at plan commission
