- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Turn your database into a referral and lead generating machine with our custom technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and other proprietary measures to get the most accurate information from your database to make sure you are able to be there when your potential clients need you most.
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
