- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Networking and prospecting, using proven systems
- Mastermind online lead conversion tactics
- Showing properties and working with residential buyers
- Follow-up leads in a timely manner
- Aggressively prospect to drive more closings
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Must have an Active Real Estate license in North and South Carolina
- Requires attention to detail
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Must have closed 3-5 transactions in the last year
- Teachable with a stellar attitude
- Works well independently and on a team
- Provides exceptional experiences to ensure repeat business and referrals
